What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfers and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How much time do I have to change or cancel my reservation?

For direct transfers or excursions via helicopter, plane or yacht, reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the time of service.
Other services can be changed or cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the time of service.

How far in advance do I need to make reservations?

For services in the Gulf of Naples and Salerno, reservations can be made up to 3 hours in advance.
For services involving other destinations (for example: Rome, Florence, Milan) we suggest you reserve well in advance.
